Instructions
Step 1
Banana cake Whisk the vegetable oil and sugar with a fork or whisk. Add salt, vinegar slaked baking soda, eggs and milk.
Step 2
Peel and grind bananas in a blender. If you don't have a blender, you can knead them with a fork until smooth. Chop the walnuts into small pieces. Add them to the banana mixture.
Step 3
Add the banana-nut mixture to the egg mass and stir. Gently add flour and stir until the dough is smooth. In consistency, it should resemble thick sour cream.
Step 4
Grease the muffin tins with oil, pour in the dough and place in the oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake for about 40 minutes.
Step 5
Raisin Cupcake Wash the raisins and leave to dry on a towel. Melt the butter and cool. It shouldn't be very hot.
Step 6
Grate the bread. Place it in a deep bowl, cover with milk and leave for half an hour. Then stir until smooth.
Step 7
Mash the yolks with sugar. Beat the whites with a whisk or using a mixer until a thick white foam. Add the yolks to the bread and milk mass first, then the whites. Pour in melted butter and raisins. Add vanilla sugar. Mix everything thoroughly.
Step 8
Preheat oven to 180-200 degrees. Grease the muffin tins with vegetable oil, place the dough in the tins and place in the oven. Bake for 30-40 minutes.
Step 9
Cupcake Frosting Whisk the egg whites. When the protein mass turns white and thickens, start gradually adding lemon juice to it, continuing to beat.
Step 10
Dissolve sugar in water and put on fire. Heat, stirring constantly, so that the sugar does not burn. Once you bring the sugar to a boil, remove it from the heat. Cool the sugar a little and pour it gently into the protein mixture. Stir the sugar with the whites and beat for another 2-3 minutes.
Step 11
Apply the frosting gently to the cupcakes and let them sit for a couple of hours to dry the frosting.
