While fresh raspberries can be found in abundance on the shelves, why not bake this extremely simple but delicious curd?
It is necessary
- - 150 g raspberries;
- - 150 g of sugar;
- - 150 g wheat flour;
- - 400 g of cottage cheese;
- - a bag of vanilla sugar;
- - 3 eggs;
- - zest of one lemon.
Instructions
Step 1
Pressed cottage cheese in packs is best for making dessert. If you have a friable product, it is better to first rub it through a sieve or beat it in a kitchen processor with a couple of tablespoons of kefir.
Step 2
Beat eggs and sugar separately until fluffy. You can use honey for sweetening if you care about your figure, but you should not reduce the amount of sugar!
Step 3
Add zest to the egg mixture (you can also use orange), a bag of vanilla sugar and cottage cheese, beat. Add wheat flour, beat again until smooth.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Prepare the mold by greasing it with oil and lightly dusting it with flour. If baking in silicone, you can only sprinkle it with water!
Step 5
Place the dough in a mold and smooth with a silicone spatula. Put fresh raspberries on top of the product and press them lightly. Place in a hot oven for about 40 minutes.
Step 6
This curd can be eaten both hot and cold! Additionally, I recommend garnishing it with a spoonful of raspberry jam and sprinkle with powdered sugar!
