Then, on one side of the pile of flour, put dry yeast and sprinkle it with sugar, and on the other side, add salt and pour olive oil. Pour the water over the salt. Now all that remains is to adjust the bread maker to the required mode. It is recommended to select: “regular bread” mode, time - 4 hours, crust - medium. And of course, don't forget to choose the XL size. When the bread is done, place it on a large platter and cover with a towel. Let it stand a little. Then you can serve it to the table.

How to bake cornbread with cheese

To prepare the original bread, you will need: 2 cups of wheat and corn flour, 2 tbsp. kefir, 1 tbsp. olive oil, egg, 1 tsp. salt, 2 tsp. dry yeast, sugar, 200 grams of cheese and a mixture of Italian herbs.

In a bowl deep enough, mix the wheat and corn flour. Then add dry yeast, salt, herbal mixture, and grated cheese. Mix everything well. If you can't find a blend of Italian herbs, you can simply use thyme, green onion, and basil separately.

Then form a neat slide from the flour mixture and make a small depression in its center. Pour kefir and olive oil into this well. Knead the dough. The addition of wheat flour may be needed. The main thing is to knead the dough so that it sticks off your hands. Cover the bowl with the dough with a lid and a towel. Put it in a warm place for about forty minutes. After this, the dough will need to be kneaded again.

Grease a baking dish with butter and pour the dough into it. Pierce it with a fork and make a couple of cuts. Well, then preheat the bread maker to 200 ° C and bake the cornbread for forty minutes. When the cooking time is over, take out the bread and let it brew a little. This usually takes ten minutes.
