From kefir, you can make a fluffy light dough for pancakes, muffins or pies. To make it more airy, soda must be added to kefir. The advantage of this dough is that it is quick to cook. Finished products can be fried in oil, baked in a mold or on a baking sheet in the oven.
Fruit pancakes
According to this recipe, you can bake pancakes with any fruit or berries. It is advisable to choose soft fruits with a sweet taste.
You will need:
- 1 glass of kefir;
- 2 cups wheat flour;
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda;
- 2 tablespoons of sugar;
- 0.5 teaspoon of salt;
- fruits;
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice;
- icing sugar;
- vegetable oil for frying.
For baking, you can use slightly sour kefir.
Prepare your fruit. Peel the bananas, wash the strawberries and pears. Cut the fruit into small cubes, place in a bowl and drizzle with lemon juice.
Pour kefir into a deep bowl, mix it with salt, sugar and soda. Pour the sifted flour in portions, knead the dough. Place the sliced fruit in it and mix well.
Heat refined vegetable oil in a skillet. Spoon the portions of the dough into the hot oil to form a round or oval pancake. When the food is browned on one side, turn it over and continue frying. Be careful not to burn the pancakes.

For evening tea, prepare butter biscuits. They are made very quickly and are served warm or cold.

- 1 tablespoon of vinegar;
- 500 g of wheat flour.
Pour the kefir into a large bowl and whisk it with sugar and vegetable oil. Add the vinegar slaked baking soda, and then gradually add the sifted flour. Knead a soft dough and roll it on a floured board into a 0.5 cm thick layer.

You will need:
- 2 glasses of kefir;
- 3 eggs;
- 1 glass of vegetable oil;

- 4 cups wheat flour.
