It is necessary
-
- potatoes
- 1 kg;
- meat or minced meat
- 300-400 g;
- hard cheese
- 100 g;
- bacon
- 100 g;
- sour cream
- 150 g;
- dill;
- garlic
- 2 cloves;
- bulb onions
- 2 heads;
- pepper;
- salt;
- egg.
Instructions
Step 1
Choose large potatoes that are about the same size. If you are cooking from last year's harvest potatoes, boil the tubers directly in the skins (in the "jacket") until half cooked over low heat. After such processing, young potatoes can begin to crumble, so it is better to cook them raw for stuffing.
Step 2
Refrigerate potatoes and peel them. Cut the tubers in half and scrape out the middle with a teaspoon, leaving small walls, about 1 cm thick (as long as they do not break). If the potatoes are small, cut off a small lid from it, otherwise the volume of the “boats” for stuffing will be too small.
Step 3
Pass the meat through a meat grinder along with the peeled onions. You can also add cores taken from potatoes to the filling, in this case the dish will turn out to be a little less tasty. Salt the minced meat, pepper and add the egg, mix thoroughly.
Step 4
Prepare sour cream filling. To do this, finely chop the bacon, grate the cheese on a fine grater. Mix everything with sour cream, add chopped dill, parsley and garlic.
Step 5
Brush the outside of each potato boat with vegetable oil and fill with carrot and tomato paste.
Step 6
Cover the minced meat with sour cream filling on top and place the pan in the oven, heated to 200 degrees. Serve hot with onion sauce and fresh herbs.
