  • - 100 g of butter;
  • - 4 eggs;
  • - 1 pack of frozen spinach;

Instructions

Step 1

Combine flour with melted butter, stir. Add one yolk to the dough (the protein is still useful), mix. If the dough is too dry, add some cold water.

Step 2

Divide the dough into two, roll out. The flatbread for the bottom of the cake should be slightly larger to cover the bottom and sides of the pan. Cover the mold with parchment paper, place the first piece of dough on top, and refrigerate for 20 minutes.

Fry the spinach in olive oil (no more than two minutes), cool completely. Cut the salmon fillet into small pieces, mix with spinach, three eggs and the remaining protein, cream. Season with salt and pepper to taste, season with nutmeg for flavor.
