  • - 2 tbsp. bread crumbs.

Step 1

The dough is prepared first. To do this, sift the flour into a deep plate and make a small depression in the center. Pour in half an egg, sunflower oil and water, knead the dough. Then put it on the table, sprinkled with flour, and begin to knead, adding a little more flour. The dough should be soft and not sticky to your hands. Mixing will take about 10-15 minutes.

The finished dough must be wrapped in foil and allowed to rest for 30 minutes.

While the dough is resting, you need to prepare the filling. To do this, grate the cheese, cut the fish into slices, cut the spinach too.

Step 4

Then you need to mix fish, cheese, spinach and egg. Salt everything to taste.

Step 5

Now you need to stretch the dough. A linen towel is placed on the table and sprinkled with flour. The dough is placed in the center and rolled out with a rolling pin to fit the size of the towel. After rolling has become difficult, the stretching should be done by hand. If the dough is kneaded correctly, it will stretch easily. A well-drawn dough will be very thin.

The finished dough is sprinkled with breadcrumbs, on top of which the filling is laid.

The edge of the towel rises and the roll is rolled towards the side of the dough that should have been left free. The roll itself should roll and curl up. The edges of the roll must be pinched.

The roll is sent to an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40 minutes on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
