Chicken breast fillet is a delicious dietary product. There are many recipes for its preparation. One of them is chicken fillet fried in breadcrumbs. To make this dish juicy and aromatic, try cooking it with cheese and mushrooms.

- processed cheese;
- flour - 2 tablespoons;
- bread crumbs - 3-4 tablespoons;
- egg - 1 pc.;
- 1 champignon;
- salt
- pepper to taste;
- vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
Step 1
Wash, dry, and skin chicken breasts. Cut them into two equal pieces. Divide each part into large and small fillets. Beat the large fillet (4 pcs.) With a hammer. Make a deep slit on the side of each piece of meat to create a pocket with a small outer hole. Try not to make holes in the fillet, otherwise the cheese will flow into the pan when frying. Rub the inside and outside of the breasts with salt and pepper. Place in the refrigerator for 20 minutes, wrapped in foil.
Step 2
Cut the processed cheese into small pieces, the length of which should be slightly less than the length of the cavity. Place it in your pockets.
Cut a small champignon lengthwise into thin slices, place one in each fillet on top of the cheese. Tuck one edge of the cut slightly, covering the cheese so that it does not come out.
Step 3
Pour the flour mixed with salt into a plate, put the chicken fillet in it and roll it on both sides. Then dip the meat into the egg.
Prepare the breading. To do this, dry a few small pieces of white bread in the oven, and then crush the resulting croutons with a rolling pin. Place the resulting crumbs on a baking sheet and place in the hot oven. Stir the breading from time to time. When it is slightly browned, take it out, pour it into a plate and cool slightly. Roll chicken breasts in it on both sides.
Step 4
Preheat a skillet, add a little vegetable oil and fry each breast on all sides until golden brown. Then cook over low heat for another 15 minutes, turning from time to time.
