Step 1
If you use fresh cauliflower for cooking, rinse the head of cabbage under cold water, dry it with a towel and disassemble it into large inflorescences.

Bring 1 liter of cold water to a boil. Place the cabbage inflorescences in a saucepan, add a little salt and continue cooking for about 7-10 minutes after it boils.
Step 3
After the end of boiling, discard the cabbage in a colander, let the water drain, cool a little. Then disassemble the inflorescences or cut them into smaller pieces (inflorescences).
Step 4
Beat cold eggs a little with salt and pepper, add milk, stir thoroughly. Next, each cauliflower inflorescence should be dipped in the cooked milk-egg mass, and then rolled in breadcrumbs. Put the prepared inflorescences in a preheated pan greased with butter (vegetable oil can be used).
Step 5
Cauliflower should be fried over medium heat until golden brown. The finished dish can be served with sour cream or mayonnaise.

If you are using frozen cauliflower for cooking, then put the inflorescences in boiling salted water without first defrosting them.
