Chicken pilaf

Chicken with rice
Cut the chicken into pieces and fry, as in the first recipe, cover with hot water and simmer over low heat under a lid for 20-30 minutes. Transfer the chicken to a rooster.
Fry 2 tablespoons of flour in butter until golden brown, transfer to a saucepan, gradually pour in the hot broth and stir well. Salt thinly sliced onion until light golden brown, add 2-3 tablespoons of tomato sauce, boil and add to a saucepan with broth and flour. Boil the sauce for 5 minutes, salt to taste, then pour over the chicken, put a bunch of greens (parsley, dill) there and simmer over low heat for 15-20 minutes. Remove the herbs from the finished dish. As a side dish for chicken, cook crumbly rice and serve with sauce over the chicken and rice.
