Chicken stuffed with rice and mushrooms is served as a main course for a festive table and for a family dinner. The chicken meat is juicy and aromatic. Rice prepared in this way is crumbly and rich in flavor.

- 1 gutted chicken
- 200 gr. rice
- 1 head of garlic
- 100 g fresh champignons
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- salt
- ground black pepper
- vegetable oil for frying
- 0.5 cups water
Instructions
Step 1
We clean the garlic, crush the cloves with the flat side of the knife blade.
Step 2
Finely chop half of the garlic and mix with salt, mayonnaise, black pepper.
Step 3
We coat the chicken inside and outside with this mixture. Pack in a plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Step 4
Finely chop the mushrooms, onions and carrots.
Step 5
Fry mushrooms and vegetables in oil over high heat for 10 minutes. Add rice.
Step 6
Mix rice with mushrooms and vegetables, add water and close the lid. Reduce heat to low and let the rice steam for 15 minutes.

Add the remaining garlic, salt, pepper to the rice and mix.

We take out the chicken and stuff it with rice and mushrooms.

Sew up the stuffed chicken.

Place on a baking sheet, cover with foil and bake in the oven for 1.5 hours at 180 degrees.
