Step 1
Rub the beef with black pepper and salt. Fry the billet in olive oil on both sides or bake in the oven until tender. Pass the pork through a meat grinder.

Thoroughly chop bell peppers, carrots, green onions, garlic and bacon. Toss with finely chopped chili and rosemary. Mix all ingredients. Add red pepper and salt to taste. Combine vegetables with pork and fry in olive oil until tender.
Step 3
Roll out the yeast-free puff pastry into a thin layer. Spread the minced meat and vegetable mixture in an even layer. Place the pre-cooked beef in the middle. Roll the blank into a roll. Spread the egg over the top of the pie.
Step 4
You need to cook the dish in the oven for 20 minutes. The dough should be crispy and brownish. Garnish with fresh herbs and cut into small portions before serving.
