You can cook dumplings not only with berries, cottage cheese and vegetables. Dumplings with mushrooms are very tasty. For the filling, take white, mushrooms or milk mushrooms. Both fresh mushrooms and dry ones are suitable.

Instructions
Step 1
First of all, prepare the dough for the dumplings with mushrooms. Sift flour and make a slide out of it, push a hole on top. Pour in 2 eggs, half a glass of salted water. Combine eggs and flour with water (half a glass) in gentle circular movements. Knead hard dough. But you don't need to sculpt the dumplings right away, let the dough stand for 40-60 minutes. Cover with a towel to keep it dry.
Step 2
Peel the mushrooms and boil in salted water. If the mushrooms are dry, soak them first, and then boil them too. Throw in a colander and chop finely. You can simply pass it through a meat grinder with a large grid.
Step 3
Peel and chop the onion. Fry it until half cooked, add the mushrooms and keep it on fire for a little more. Cool the filling and start making the dumplings.
Step 4
Roll out the dumplings dough into a thin layer. Squeeze out the circles with a glass, put on each mushroom filling and seal the edges well. Place the dumplings in boiling salted water and cook until they float. Check if the dough is soft and take out. Pour the prepared dumplings with sour cream.
