For many years I have been using chicken and turkey instead of beef and pork. It is gentle and dietary. Delicious, healthy and quick to prepare. Turkey meat has excellent dietary properties: it is easily digestible due to its low content of insoluble fats, it gives a quick feeling of fullness and does not cause allergies.
It is necessary
- - turkey breast (fillet) - 1 kg,
- - zucchini - 3 pcs.,
- - arugula - 200 g,
- - chopped greens (dill, cilantro, parsley) - 3 tbsp. l.,
- - olive oil - 2 tbsp. l.,
- - soy sauce -2 tsp,
- - sesame oil -2 tsp.,
- - dry white wine - 1 tbsp. l.,
- - sugar substitute (fructose) -1 tsp,
- - garlic - 1 clove,
- - salt,
- - pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the turkey into thin slices, beat off, rub with pepper and salt. Put on a baking sheet, spread the zucchini on top, cut into circles. Drizzle with olive oil and white wine, bake in the oven until tender.
Step 2
Prepare the dressing: In a bowl, combine sesame oil, soy sauce, fructose (can be substituted with honey), chopped garlic. Beat with a whisk.
Step 3
Wash and dry the arugula, put in a container with dressing, add herbs, mix gently. Put the finished turkey with zucchini on a large dish, pour the dressing on top. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
