Ingredients for making liver cake:

- 1 kg of fresh liver (beef);

- 3-4 raw eggs;

- 200 ml of cow's milk;

- 5 medium carrots;

- 3-4 heads of onions;

- some oil for frying;

- mayonnaise and spices to taste.

Cooking a liver snack cake:

1. The liver should be soaked in warm water for 5 minutes. Then remove the top film from it, cut into pieces. It is important to remove all streaks and ducts when cutting.

2. Grind the pieces of liver in a meat grinder or blender and put the resulting minced meat in a deep bowl.

3. Break the eggs to the liver, pour out the milk, stir and add salt to taste.

4. From the resulting liver mass you need to bake "pancakes". Pour the mixture in a thin layer onto a greased and heated frying pan and bake for about two minutes. Then gently turn over and cook for a couple of minutes.

5. Thus, you need to use the entire mass from the liver, as a result, you should get about 6 pancakes.

6. Peel the carrots and onions, chop the carrots and finely chop the onions. Fry vegetables in oil until tender. Excess oil will then need to be drained.

7. Put the liver cake on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. Grease a little with mayonnaise, and then put a layer of carrots and onions on top. Do this with all the remaining cakes, only the top one does not need to be greased.

8. Cook the liver cake in the oven for about 15 minutes at 170-180 degrees.

9. After the oven, let the dish cool down, and then place the cake in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours before serving.
