In the mornings, sometimes there is not enough time to make yourself a good coffee. This is where an ordinary microwave oven comes to your rescue. In it, you can brew coffee in a matter of minutes without having to stand at the stove.

Instructions
Step 1
Pour cold water, milk or cream into a mug (depending on your taste and desire). Fill the mug to two-thirds of its volume, so you need to take a larger container for preparing the drink, and then pour the finished coffee into a small coffee cup. For a more uniform heating of water, you can also use special dishes for a microwave oven.
Step 2
Add 2-3 teaspoons of ground coffee. Add a little sugar to taste right away (although this can be done after the coffee is ready). Vary your recipe with ingredients. Add, for example, cardamom, nutmeg, ginger, cinnamon or vanilla. Experiment with different flavors.
Step 3
Cover the mug with a saucer to prevent the coffee from escaping, and place it in the microwave.
Step 4
Set the maximum power (850 or 900, depending on the power of your microwave). Set the time to 2 minutes. However, to better determine the time, experiment with heating cold water or milk ahead of time.
Step 5
If you are making coffee with milk, then be extremely careful, as it can not only run away, but also explode. The thing is that a dense foam can form on the surface of the milk, which will certainly burst. In this case, it is better to put it on for one minute, check it, remove the foam and cook for another minute.
Step 6
Be careful when conducting these experiments, as the liquid in the microwave does not have boiling centers, that is, the bubbles we are accustomed to on the surface. Thus, you can get a superheated liquid with a temperature above one hundred degrees. And after you put sugar or just a spoon in a mug, the liquid can "gurgle".
Step 7
After the microwave beep, remove the mug. Careful, it will be very hot.
Step 8
Let the coffee settle a little and you can enjoy a fragrant drink. So, the whole process will take you about three minutes. And if you consider that all this time you do not have to stand at the stove, then you can do a lot while your favorite invigorating drink is being brewed in the microwave.
