Step 1

Remove the ridge and bones from the fish, cut the fillet into large pieces. Break the loaf into arbitrary pieces and soak in milk for 5-10 minutes. Mix the soaked loaf with fillet pieces and scrolling twice through a meat grinder (you can cook minced meat in a blender). Add salt and spices to the finished minced meat and knead until smooth.

Heat the vegetable oil in a deep frying pan, carefully spread the oil and fry on both sides until a bright yellow crust appears. Transfer to a baking dish.
