Veal baked in the oven is a light, bright and festive dish that fits perfectly into the menu of a large number of diets. It is very simple and quick to prepare, and it is not difficult to get the appropriate meat and vegetables, especially in autumn.

- mustard - 2-3 teaspoons;
- garlic - 2-3 cloves;
- salt
- spice
- parsley to taste
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the meat thoroughly, dry it and make longitudinal cuts in it.
Step 2
Peel and wash the garlic, mix the seasoning with mustard, grease the meat on all sides with this mixture and leave to soak for 30-40 minutes.
Step 3
Then put the meat on foil, salt, stuff the garlic into the cuts made earlier, and put the previously washed and dried parsley on top. Carefully wrap the meat in foil and transfer to a deep mold, where pour a little water and place in an oven preheated to 180-200 degrees.

Roast the veal for 30-40 minutes.
