It is necessary

  • - 350 g turkey;
  • - 300 g zucchini;
  • - 250 g of tomatoes;
  • - 2 onions;
  • - 1 head of garlic;
  • - 150 ml cream (10%);
  • - 4 tbsp. l. dry white wine;
  • - 100 ml of water or broth;
  • - dill and parsley;
  • - salt;
  • - herbs (oregano, provencal, basil);
  • - bay leaf (at your discretion).

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse the turkey thoroughly (preferably under running water), dry it with paper towels and cut it into random pieces. If the turkey is fat, then fry it in a dry preheated pan, since at high temperatures it will already let the fat in.

Step 2

If the turkey is lean, then add vegetable oil to the pan. Salt the turkey a little and fry until golden brown.

Step 3

Peel the onion with garlic and rinse it to remove the adhering husk and secreted juice. Cut the onion into half rings, and chop the garlic in a garlic or with a knife.

Step 4

We spread the fried meat in any clean container. We do not rinse the pan, but immediately put the onion and garlic in the used oil and fry them until transparent.

Step 5

We wash the zucchini and peel it. We cut them into cubes. In the store, they can be purchased already cut, prepackaged and frozen.

Step 6

Put the onion and garlic from the pan on a plate, and immediately put the zucchini there. More oil can be added if necessary.

Step 7

Thoroughly rinse the tomatoes from dirt and cut them into pieces. Add tomatoes to zucchini. Stir and salt to taste, and add aromatic herbs. Now put the turkey on the floor with the prepared vegetables and continue to fry.

Step 8

Pour the wine into the pan and increase the heat to evaporate all the alcohol. Add the cream, cover the pan with a lid and simmer for about thirty minutes. If the turkey is homemade, then it costs twice as long to stew, since any poultry is much tougher than purchased.
