It is necessary

  • - 1 carcass of a rabbit;
  • - 250 gr. pork fat;
  • - 7 onions, 1-2 slices of black bread;
  • - flour;
  • - Red wine;
  • - salt pepper.

Instructions

Step 1

We wash the rabbit meat, cut into portions, rub with salt and pepper.

Then you need to roll the pieces in flour and put in a pot. At the same time, we alternate meat with chopped slices of pork fat, peeled and cut into half rings onions and crumbs of black bread.

Step 2

Fill the stacked products in a pot with warmed red wine diluted with 1/3 water.

The contents of the pot should be 3/4 covered with liquid.

Step 3

We put the pot in a slightly preheated oven and simmer over low heat for 1, 5 hours.

It must be closed with a lid to prevent excessive evaporation of the liquid.
