Pour in the egg-milk mass. Sprinkle with finely grated hard cheese. The cheese will hold the omelet together, prevent it from becoming runny and falling apart.

Step 3

The cooking time is 20 minutes. Sprinkle fresh herbs on top of the finished omelet. All useful microelements will be preserved in the products used for the omelet, because the steamer is the most gentle way of cooking.
