Omelet is a classic French egg dish. There are a great many omelette recipes, and they are all simple and understandable even for a child. With the advent of the fashion for a healthy lifestyle, chefs began to offer healthy, proper omelet in a double boiler.
It is necessary
- - eggs - 3 pcs.;
- - milk - 200 ml;
- - fresh vegetables: tomato, bell pepper, zucchini;

Instructions
Step 1
Beat the eggs into a deep bowl and whisk until they become a delicate soufflé. Pour some milk into the contents and mix everything again, salt to taste.
Step 2
Finely chop the pre-washed vegetables with herbs and place them on the bottom of the dish (a deep bowl in a double boiler without holes at the bottom, designed for cooking cereals, rice). Pour in the egg-milk mass. Sprinkle with finely grated hard cheese. The cheese will hold the omelet together, prevent it from becoming runny and falling apart.
Step 3
The cooking time is 20 minutes. Sprinkle fresh herbs on top of the finished omelet. All useful microelements will be preserved in the products used for the omelet, because the steamer is the most gentle way of cooking.
