  • - sour cream - 100 ml,
  • - soda or baking powder - 1 tsp,
  • - vanillin (to taste) or vanilla sugar (2 tsp).
  • Additional ingredients (optional):
  • - jam,
  • - condensed milk.

Instructions

Step 1

Break 3 eggs into a large bowl, add 1 cup sugar, vanillin (to taste), or vanilla sugar (2 teaspoons) and mix thoroughly.

Step 2

Add cottage cheese (250-300 grams) and stir. Any curd can be used.

Step 3

Pour semolina (1 cup) into the resulting mass, mix well again.

Step 4

Add sour cream (100 ml) and mix the resulting mass.

Step 5

Add baking soda or baking powder (1 teaspoon), stir. By the way, it is not at all necessary to use a baking powder, because with soda it turns out tasty and less harmful.

Step 6

Pour the dough into a greased pan.

Step 7

Put the manna in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Baking time: 45-55 minutes, until golden brown.

Step 8

Serve the finished manna to the table as an independent dessert, or pour with jam, condensed milk or berry syrup.
