The bright holiday of Easter is approaching. Traditionally, Easter cakes and cottage cheese are served on the table. I propose a recipe for a delicious cottage cheese Easter with honey.

- - raisins - 50 g;
- - lemon - 1 pc.;
- - cottage cheese - 700 g;
- - butter - 25 g;
- - sour cream 15% - 150 ml;
- - sugar - 50 g;
- - honey - 50 g.
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the lemon well, remove a thin layer of zest. Squeeze juice from the pulp. Candied finely mode. We wash the raisins well. Mix candied fruits with raisins and zest, pour in lemon juice and leave for 1 hour.
Step 2
Combine cottage cheese with soft butter and sour cream, add sugar, honey, a mixture of candied fruits and raisins. Mix thoroughly.
Step 3
We line the mold with two layers of cling film. We make slots in the film. We put the curd mixture tightly into the mold, put the load on top and place it in the refrigerator for 10-12 hours.
Step 4
