A day later (it is the day that traditional Easter is being prepared), you can lay out Easter in a beautiful flat plate and decorate. It is worth noting that after 24 hours of keeping Easter in a cool place under oppression, you can transfer the curd mixture into a deep plate or cup of the desired shape, covered with parchment, gauze or ordinary cling film, and tamp everything well, then let it stand for an hour or two in a refrigerator. After the specified time, the plate must be turned over on a flat dish, as a result, you will get Easter of the desired shape.

If you want to cook a cone-shaped Easter, then in this case, you can use a grater or a plastic pot of the desired shape as a pasochny, having previously drilled holes in the pot for draining the whey. A tall, rounded Easter can be made using, for example, a cake mold. Currently, many stores sell tall cardboard blanks for baking cakes, get the shape of the desired diameter and use it. All that is needed is to place the form on a sieve, cover its inside with gauze, lay out the curd mass and put it under oppression. After a day, the finished Easter can be removed and decorated.
