Classic Easter is a dish without which a festive Easter table is indispensable. Many housewives prefer not to decorate this dish, considering it unnecessary. However, if you want to decorate the table in an unusual way for one of the most anticipated holidays after Lent, then be sure to think over the decor of not only Easter eggs, but also Easter.

It is necessary

  • - Curd Easter;
  • - candied fruits;
  • - fresh fruits;
  • - canned berries;
  • - chocolate;
  • - whipped cream (sweet).

Instructions

Step 1

First, decide in what form you will spread the curd mass. If you have a special form designed for this with the drawing of the letters XB, then put the dessert into it. If you do not have a form, then you can use any suitable dish for this, having previously greased it with butter.

If you have finely chopped candied fruits in Easter, then you should not additionally decorate the dish, since it will look bright anyway.

Step 2

Fresh fruits are great for decorating Easter, but extremely soft and fleshy, for example, peaches, apricots, kiwi, juicy pears, etc. Cut the fruit into slices and carefully spread them on the surface of the dish. You can arrange pieces of fruit, for example, in the form of flowers.

Step 3

Easter decorated with berries looks incredibly appetizing. Take some frozen or canned berries (if there are fresh ones, great, use them), cut them into halves and place them as close to each other as possible on the base of the dish.

Use chocolate to decorate the upper part (dark or white - choose to taste). Melt the chocolate in a water bath, cool slightly until it begins to solidify, then gently pour it on top over Easter in one motion.

It is very important here not to overdo it with the amount of chocolate; for an average Easter weighing 500 grams, 3-4 slices of chocolate are enough.

Step 4

You can also use whipped cream to decorate Easter. Whisk in the cream, add some food coloring, then use a patterned piping syringe to decorate the dish as you wish. For example, if the cream is pink, then make roses.

Step 5

Nowadays, you can buy confectionery dressing in almost any grocery store. Buy a bag of this decor and decorate your curd dish with it, sprinkling grains on top of the dessert in a chaotic manner. You can replace the confectionery dressing with multi-colored coconut flakes.
