Step 1

Pour the plums into a large saucepan and rinse in water. Remove seeds from the berries.

Pour the plums into a slow cooker. Do not grease the bowl, the plums will give juice.

Step 3

We fill up the berries with half a kilogram of sugar, add citric acid. If there is no citric acid on hand, then replace it with a teaspoon of lemon juice.

On a slow cooker, turn on "Quenching" and leave for 20 minutes. During that time, the berries will give juice and change color. After the beep, turn off the multicooker and open the lid. We leave the berries alone, let them cool.
