  • - green onions to taste,
  • - 4 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil
  • - 1 teaspoon of honey,
  • - 1 teaspoon of sesame seeds,
  • - salt to taste,
  • - ground black pepper to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Mix 4 tablespoons in a cup. tablespoons of olive oil with a teaspoon of honey, salt and pepper to taste. The vegetable salad dressing is ready. You can use sour cream, natural yogurt, or mayonnaise if desired.

Step 2

Wash and dry the vegetables. Boil the eggs until tender, about five minutes. Cut the radish into thin slices. Grate the carrots. Cut the cucumber into strips. Carrots and cucumbers can be sliced into slices with a peeler to taste. Finely chop the green onion. Cut the cherry tomatoes into quarters. Cut the eggs in half (if using chicken eggs, cut them randomly).

Tear lettuce leaves at random and place on a plate. Place cucumber straws and grated carrots on the salad. Place radish slices and green onions on top. Refuel with dressing. Place quail eggs and cherry tomatoes on top of the salad.
