Cherry desserts will love this simple and delicious cherry pie that melts in your mouth.
It is necessary
- - 900 g cherries + 5-10 cherries for decoration
- - 5 tablespoons of granulated sugar
- - 1 bag of vanilla sugar
- - 5 eggs
- - 3 tablespoons of hot water
- - 100 g sugar
- - 1 glass of flour
- - 1 tbsp. l. baking powder
- - 2 tbsp. cocoa powder
- - 500 ml whipped cream
Instructions
Step 1
First, wash the cherries and remove the pits.
Step 2
Take a baking dish and place parchment paper on top of it.
Step 3
Place the cherries on parchment paper and sprinkle with a little granulated sugar and vanilla sugar on top.
Step 4
Beat eggs with a mixer, add 3 tablespoons of hot water. Stir on high speed for 1-2 minutes.
Step 5
Add sugar and a bag of vanilla sugar and stir for another 2 minutes. Combine flour and baking powder. Reduce speed and add to egg mixture.
Step 6
Take 1/3 of the dough and add 2 tablespoons of cocoa to it. Then pour the dough over the cherries.
Step 7
Pour in the cocoa dough.
Step 8
Stir gently with a fork to create patterns. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Then set aside and let cool, then refrigerate for a couple of hours or better overnight.
Step 9
To decorate the dessert, whip the cream until stiff. Add sugar and vanilla sugar to taste.
Step 10
Brush the cake with the resulting whipped cream and garnish with a fresh cherry.
