Berries ripen in summer. They have a lot of useful things and, moreover, they are delicious. It is better to eat berries fresh, but you can also freeze, cook compote or jam from them. I want to offer you a recipe for a vitamin cocktail.

- - blueberries - 1/4 cup,
- - strawberries - 1/4 cup,
- - raspberries - 1/4 cup,
- - black currant - 1/4 cup,
- - sparkling water - 1 glass,
- - apple juice - 2/3 cup,
- - mint leaves for decoration.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the berries in a colander, drain the water and place them in a blender. Grind everything at low speed. Carefully
pour in chilled apple juice, mix again.
Step 2
Then pour the mixture into a separate container and add chilled sparkling water. Stir well again.
Step 3
Pour the finished cocktail into tall glasses, add ice cubes and decorate with mint leaves. You can also add strawberry slices and blueberries to each glass.
