To prepare this nutritious meal, you will need:

- 800 g of potatoes;

- 500 g of meat;

- 200 g onions;

- 200 g of carrots;

Peel the potatoes and cut them into large cubes, cut the carrots into strips, onions in half rings.

Take the pulp of beef or pork, wash and pat dry with paper towels. Cut the meat into equal pieces.

Heat the oil in a heavy-bottomed saucepan and fry the onions in it. When it becomes golden, add meat and carrots to it, stir and fry for 7-10 minutes. - 300 g of meat;

- 4 potatoes;

- 1 tomato;

- 100 g of hard cheese;

- 100 ml of cream;

- pepper to taste;

- salt to taste.

Cut the meat into small pieces, cut the potatoes into strips. Combine potatoes and meat in one cup, salt and pepper. Place the food mixture in a casserole dish, garnish the top with tomato slices, sprinkle with grated cheese and cream.
