- For the marinade:

- - 1 teaspoon of Worcester sauce;
- - 1 teaspoon of soy sauce.

Step 1
Arrange the chicken wings in a large, shallow dish and set aside for a while. To make the marinade, combine lemon juice, cedar vinegar, honey, tomato puree, Worcester sauce, and soy sauces in a separate bowl. Then mix the marinade ingredients well so that later it can be evenly absorbed into the chicken meat.
Step 2
Pour the marinade over the chicken wings and roll them well in it. Cover the bowl with the chicken wings and refrigerate for 20 minutes.

Preheat oven to 190 degrees. Transfer the marinated chicken wings to a large baking sheet. Bake the meat in the oven for 20-30 minutes, periodically pouring it with marinade until clear juice is released when piercing the thickest part of the wing.

Serve on a warmed plate with lemon wedges. A mug of beer or a glass of cognac is perfect for this dish.
