    • Classic marinade
    • 2-3 kg of chicken wings;
    • 2/3 cup liquid honey;
    • 2/3 cup Dijon mustard
    • 1/2 cup lemon juice
    • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
    • salt
    • ground red pepper.
    • Spicy Thai marinade
    • 1/2 cup liquid honey
    • 3 tbsp. spoons of dark soy sauce;
    • 3 tbsp. spoons of fish sauce;
    • 1 lime;
    • 1-2 chili peppers;
    • 4 cloves of garlic;
    • 1/2 tbsp. tablespoons of ground coriander.

Step 1

Rinse the chicken wings under running water and dry with a paper towel.

Step 2

Classic marinade: Mix a marinade of honey, mustard, butter and lemon juice, add a little salt and pepper. Pour this mixture into a container, dip the wings into it, close the lid and shake well so that the marinade covers the entire chicken. Refrigerate container for 1-2 hours. You can marinate the wings or more, but a few hours is enough. You can grill marinated chicken wings, but if you don't have the option, a regular oven will do.

Preheat oven to 250 ° C. Take a baking dish and sprinkle with vegetable oil. Take the wings from the container and place them in the mold one at a time, in one layer, shaking off any excess marinade. Cover the wings with foil and bake for about 45 minutes.

Step 4

Pour the remaining marinade into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove the foil from the wings and brush each side with hot marinade with a silicone cooking brush. Bake for about 5-10 minutes. Remove the wings and brush again with the marinade. Bake for another 5-10 minutes. Repeat the same operation for the third and final time.

Step 5

Spicy Thai Marinade Peel and mince the garlic cloves. If you want to make the wings hot and hot, simply cut the chili peppers into rings, along with the seeds. If you want a less hot marinade, remove the seeds from the peppers. Squeeze the juice out of the lime. Combine honey, soy and fish sauce, garlic and pepper.
