1 kilogram of white cabbage, 2 tomatoes, 4 carrots, 3 small onions, 1 celery root, 1 bunch of parsley, 1 glass of sour cream, 2 tablespoons of tomato, 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, salt

Step 1
Boil a saucepan of water, add salt. Peel the head of cabbage, cut the stalk, dip in boiling water and cook for 15 minutes.

Remove the cabbage from the water, cool and disassemble into separate leaves.
Step 3
Pour boiling water over the tomatoes, peel and cut into cubes. Peel carrots and onions, chop medium-sized. Finely chop the herbs and celery root.
Step 4
Toss tomatoes with carrots, onions, dill and celery. Put the minced vegetables on the cabbage leaves and wrap tightly.
Step 5
Fry cabbage rolls for 2-3 minutes in a pan with vegetable oil and put in a saucepan.
Step 6
Mix sour cream with tomato paste, salt and pour stuffed cabbage rolls
Step 7
Cover the saucepan with cabbage rolls and simmer for 30-40 minutes over low heat.
Step 8
Before serving cabbage rolls, pour the sauce in which they were stewed.
