- - canned red beans - 400 g;
- - carrots - 2 pcs;
- - onion - 2 pcs;
- - orange juice - 100 ml;
- - chopped dill and parsley - 2 tablespoons;
- - curry seasoning - 2 teaspoons;
- - nutmeg - 1 pinch;
- - salt;
- - flour - 1, 5 tablespoons.
Instructions
Step 1
First you need to fry the onions and carrots. Grind the first, and grate the second, preferably coarse. Mix the vegetables, transfer to the pan and cook for 6-7 minutes.
Step 2
After the carrots and onions have fried, you must add the following ingredients to them: canned beans and greens. Also add the nutmeg and pepper and salt to the mixture. Mix everything thoroughly.
Step 3
Tear off large leaves from the head of cabbage. Pour water into a saucepan, add salt and bring to a boil. Dip the cabbage into boiling water for 4-5 minutes, that is, it should be boiled until half cooked. Carefully cut the veins of the vegetable at the base, and slightly beat off the middle.
Step 4
It is necessary to transfer the mixture of vegetables to the prepared cabbage leaves. Spread it out so that it lies evenly. After the filling is laid, roll the cabbage leaves into rolls.
Step 5
Fry the flour in a frying pan for 1 minute. Then transfer it to a saucepan and add 200 milliliters of broth to it, in which the cabbage leaves were boiled. Also add orange juice and curry. Bring the resulting mixture to a boil, stirring constantly. Thus, we got a sauce for vegetarian cabbage rolls.
Step 6
Put stuffed cabbage rolls in a baking dish, pour them with sauce and send them to an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Vegetarian curry cabbage rolls are ready!
