It is necessary

  • - Sausages (or small sausages) - 10-12 pcs.;
  • - Yeast puff pastry - 1 pack;
  • - Cheese (hard varieties) - 200 g;
  • - Egg - for lubrication;
  • - Sesame seeds - 5 tablespoons

Instructions

Step 1

First, let's prepare the dough. It should thaw and be slightly chilled. Do not defrost it completely, it will be easier to work this way.

Step 2

Free the sausages from the shell.

Step 3

Cut the cooled dough into thin strips approximately 2 cm wide.

Step 4

In each sausage, we make a rather deep pocket incision. Cut the cheese into small slices and insert each of them into a sausage pocket.

Step 5

We take a strip of dough and in a spiral, wrap it tightly around the sausage, as if scrolling it in our hand.

Step 6

We pinch the ends well so that the cheese does not leak out during baking.

Step 7

We spread the sausages on a baking sheet, greased with vegetable oil.

Step 8

Beat the egg and grease each sausage with it. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
