The minced chicken casserole is very tasty and easy to prepare. If you love potatoes and pumpkin, then write down this original recipe and pamper your family.

- 500 g minced chicken
- 9 potatoes,
- 700-000 g pumpkin,
- 100 g of hard cheese
- a small bunch of greens (dill, parsley or cilantro),
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1, 5 cups mayonnaise,
- vegetable oil,
- salt,
- ground black pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
Grate the garlic and mix with mayonnaise. Grate the cheese on a medium grater.
Step 2
Boil the potatoes in their skins, cool, peel and cut into slices.

Peel the pumpkin from seeds and skin. Cut into thin slices and grate on a medium grater.
Step 4
Chop the greens and mix with the minced meat and pepper and salt to taste.
Step 5
Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil or lay on parchment paper.
Place a layer of potatoes in a baking dish, then a layer of pumpkin and brush well with the mayonnaise sauce. Lay half of the minced meat on top. Then again - a layer of potatoes, pumpkin, sauce and mayonnaise, its own minced meat.
Cover this layer with potatoes and pumpkin.
Brush with mayonnaise and cover with grated cheese.
Salt and pepper all layers of potatoes.
Step 6
Place the casserole in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and cook for about 45 minutes. Determine readiness by potatoes, it should be soft in both the lower and upper layers.
