Carrot-potato gratin with pork is a French cuisine dish. The dish is very easy to prepare. It turns out to be very tasty, satisfying and aromatic.

- - 500 g pork
- - 500 g potatoes
- - 100 g of cheese
- - 30 g flour
- - vegetable oil
- - 750 g carrots
- - 250 ml of milk
- - 1 bunch of green onions
- - 40 g butter
- - salt, pepper to taste
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the carrots and potatoes first. Pour cold water into a saucepan, lightly salt and add potatoes, carrots. Cook for about 15-20 minutes. At the end of cooking, add finely chopped green onions.
Step 2
Transfer vegetables to a colander and drain. Rinse the parsley well, chop finely and mix with vegetables.
Step 3
Take the pork pulp, rinse well. Then fry in vegetable oil on all sides, pepper and salt to taste.

Cut the pork into thin slices, 2.5-3 mm thick. Cut the carrots and potatoes into circles.
Step 5
Prepare the sauce. Melt the butter in a skillet, then add the flour, pour in the milk in a small stream and mix everything. Cook the sauce for about 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 6
Grate the cheese and add to the sauce, pepper and salt to taste.
Step 7
Grease a baking dish with butter and lay the vegetables and meat in layers. Sprinkle with cheese and top with sauce.
Step 8
Place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for about 30-35 minutes.
