Gratin is more of a restaurant rather than a homemade dish. It is a veal with vegetables, baked until golden brown. This dish can be prepared as a festive one. It will surprise guests with its great taste and combination of ingredients.

- - spicy cheese - 100g;
- - soy sauce - 2 tablespoons;
- - sour cream - 1 glass;
- - bitter pepper, salt and curry seasoning - to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the meat well, cut into portions about 2 cm thick, then beat off a little. After that, sprinkle the veal with pepper and pour over the sauce.
Step 2
Prepare vegetables. Peel and wash potatoes and carrots. Then they must be cut into large rings, wash and cut the kohlrabi, cut the bacon into thin slices.
Step 3
We form rolls. Place kohlrabi, carrots and bacon on the veal chop, sprinkle with curry seasoning on top, and wrap the chop in a roll.
Step 4
Prepare a baking sheet. It must be greased with butter. Put potatoes, remaining carrots and veal and vegetable rolls on a baking sheet. Sprinkle all this with olive oil, and then grease with sour cream.
Step 5
Put the prepared baking sheet with vegetables and meat in an oven preheated to 200 degrees. There, the dish is cooked for 45 minutes. Add grated cheese there 5 minutes before the end of cooking. Veal gratin with carrots is ready!
