Have you ever tried Chicken Caesar Salad? Of course, everyone likes it, but it's already boring, so try the equally delicious vegetable salad with chicken. It is more unusual and very interesting.

- - 300 g chicken fillet
- - 3 medium tomatoes
- - 2 cucumbers
- - 50 g olives
- - 1 sweet red pepper
- - 50 g of hard cheese
- - 1 egg
- - bread crumbs
- - a few tablespoons of olive oil
- - curry, ground black pepper, salt to taste
- - vegetable oil

Step 1
Thaw the chicken fillet, if it was previously frozen, at room temperature or in the microwave, rinse it, and then cut it into small pieces. Put them in a bowl, salt and pepper, stir and let stand for at least 10 minutes, so that the fillets are slightly marinated.
Step 2
In a clean, dry mug or other small container, combine the breadcrumbs and curry. Use a blender or whisk to beat the egg until white. Put a frying pan on the fire, add vegetable oil and heat it well. The oil in the pan should be about 0.5-1 cm, so that the chicken fillet pieces lie in it by half.
Step 3
Take fillet pieces, dip them in an egg, then in breadcrumbs, then put them in a pan and fry until golden brown. Make sure the pieces are cooked as they will no longer be cooked later.
Step 4
Rinse all vegetables and dry the loan on a paper towel. Almost any recipe for vegetable salad involves a beautiful design, so cut the tomatoes and cucumbers into thin rings, and chop the bell peppers into strips. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater; you can also do this in a food processor.
Step 5
Put tomatoes, cucumbers, then pepper on a large dish, sprinkle everything with cheese, pour with olive oil, and put the chicken on top, garnish with olives. Olives can be pre-cut into slices. Salad with chicken and vegetables is ready.
