500 grams of minced beef, 2 cloves of garlic, 2 onions, 1/3 cup of milk, 3 slices of white bread, 1 egg, 1/3 cup of dry white wine, 2 tablespoons of flour, 2 carrots, 2 teaspoons of salt, parsley, vegetable oil - to taste

Step 1
Soak the bread in milk. Finely chop or grate the garlic and 1 onion. Finely chop the parsley

Add onion, garlic, squeezed bread, egg, parsley, 1 teaspoon of salt to the minced meat and mix well. Put the minced meat in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

Finely chop 1 onion and carrot. Heat 3-4 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the onion until golden brown.

Add carrots and flour to the onion, stir well and simmer for 10 minutes.

Put the carrots and onions in a saucepan, add 2 cups of water, wine, 1.5 teaspoons of salt and cook over the fire for about 10 minutes, stirring constantly.

Remove the minced meat and roll it into small balls. Dip them in flour and fry for about 5 minutes in a hot pan with the addition of vegetable oil.

Transfer the sautéed meatballs to a greased baking sheet and top with the sauce.
