It is necessary

  • Ingredients.
  • chicken fillet - 650 grams
  • oatmeal - 3 cups
  • onion - 1 piece
  • red bell pepper - 1 pc
  • pumpkin - 650 grams
  • medium-sized tomatoes (can be replaced with tomato paste) - 4 pcs
  • purified water - 4 tbsp
  • lemon - 1 piece
  • vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. spoons
  • salt to taste
  • ground black pepper - to taste
  • fresh herbs for decoration (optional)

Instructions

Step 1

We pass the fillet through a meat grinder. Add three cups of cereal and one lightly beaten egg. Add a little salt and ground pepper to the minced meat (to taste, you can do without it), mix. We leave for 15 minutes.

Step 2

We make small cuts in the tomatoes. Fill with boiling water for a while. Remove the skin. Cut the peeled tomatoes into medium-sized cubes. We clean the pumpkin, cut into medium cubes.

Step 3

Finely chop the peeled onion. Fry in hot vegetable oil. Add tomatoes and finely chopped bell pepper. Simmer for five minutes.

Step 4

Pour half of the water into the vegetables, add heat and bring to a boil. Add pumpkin cubes and cook without a lid, stir occasionally. After boiling the sauce, reduce the heat. Pour in lemon juice and season with spices. Cook for 10 minutes. Then pour in the remaining water and bring to a boil.

Step 5

We make meatballs from minced meat. Fry in heated vegetable oil until a delicious crust. Add the fried meatballs to the sauce and simmer for about half an hour.
