It is necessary
- Onions - 1 pc.;
- Carrots - 2-3 pcs.;
- Celery - 1 pc.;
- Peas - 400-500 g;
- Chicken broth (or water) - 1.5 l;
- Egg - 2 pcs.;
- Flour - 3-4 tbsp. l.;
- Semolina - 3-4 tbsp. l.;
- Sour cream - 150 g;
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. l.;
- Butter - 20 g;
- Parsley dill;
- Salt;
- Pepper;
- Salt as desired and to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut onions, carrots and celery into approximately 5-7 mm cubes.
Put the vegetable oil and butter in a saucepan and when it starts to sizzle, add all the chopped vegetables and a teaspoon of salt. Reduce heat and cook together for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add peas, hot chicken stock, or hot water and bring to a boil.
Step 2
To make meatballs, beat eggs in a bowl, add a pinch of salt, flour, semolina. Stir everything together until the mixture is thick.
When all the ingredients are ready, start sculpting small meatballs and place them in the soup. Cook for 6 minutes.
Step 3
Remove the pan from heat.
Whisk well one egg yolk with sour cream, 1-2 tablespoons of cold water and a little hot broth. Then add everything to the pot and stir quickly.
Add salt, pepper, chopped herbs and cover.
