Cookie cakes are very popular among modern housewives. After all, such a cake is prepared quickly, from simple and inexpensive ingredients, but it turns out to be very tasty.
Ingredients:
- 500-550 grams of shortbread cookies (possible with coffee aroma, with the addition of cocoa);
- 0.7 liters of milk;
- 200-230 grams of sugar;
- 4 raw egg yolks;
- 2 tablespoons of premium flour;
- a bag of vanilla sugar.
1. Grind cold yolks with sugar, vanilla sugar and flour.
2. In a saucepan or saucepan, heat 600 ml of milk, then add the mixture of eggs, sugar and flour. Stir well and wait until it boils without stopping stirring.
3. Then remove the dishes with the cream from the stove and wait until the cream has completely cooled down.
4. The remaining half glass of milk should be slightly warmed up. Each cookie should be dipped in warm milk for 2-3 seconds.
5. After dipping in milk, place the cookies on a suitable flat plate. A layer of cookies, then a layer of custard, until all ingredients are gone.
6. You can also put slices of banana or berries between the layers.
7. The rest of the cream should be covered with the top of the cake and its sides.
8. Garnish with cookie or chocolate crumbs, poppy seeds or fruit.
9. The cake should be stored in a cold place for soaking, about 2 hours.
