A potato roll with mushrooms is a great option for a second course. It is quite easy to prepare it, in addition, this roll is considered dietary, which is an important factor for those who monitor their diet and shape.
It is necessary

- - flour - 180 g;
- - potatoes - 2 pcs;
- - sugar - 1 teaspoon;
- - eggs - 2 pcs;
- - salt - a pinch.
- For filling:
- - champignons - 300 g;
- - onions - 2 pcs;
- - potatoes - 1 pc;
- - cream cheese - 100 g;
- - ground marjoram - a pinch;
- - ground paprika - a pinch;
- - vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons;
- - salt;
- - ground black pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
First of all, prepare the dough for the future potato roll. To do this, peel the potatoes, rinse, and then chop with a grater, preferably a coarse one. Sift salt with flour and add to the bulk. Put the chicken egg there. Mix everything thoroughly and knead the dough.
Step 2
With champignons, do this: wash them thoroughly and chop them into small pieces. Peel and finely chop the onions. Then place it in a saucepan with vegetable oil and fry for 5 minutes. After the time has elapsed, add the mushrooms there. Cook, stirring occasionally, until all the liquid is gone. In the resulting mass, add marjoram, paprika, as well as salt and pepper. Mix everything thoroughly.
Step 3
Wash the potatoes, remove the skins and place in a pot of water. Boil it until fully cooked, then mash until puree, mixing with cream cheese.
Step 4
Roll out the dough thinly and brush first with a mixture of potatoes and cream cheese. Next, lay out the mushroom filling, slightly pressing it into the previous mass. Then wrap this layer in such a way that you get a roll. Remember to seal the edges and fold them inward. Grease a dish with the remaining egg.
Step 5
Preheat the oven to a temperature of 170 degrees and send the dish, laid out on a baking sheet with parchment, into it for about 40 minutes. The potato roll with mushrooms is ready!
