  • -3 zucchini;
  • -6 eggs;
  • -3 tomatoes;
  • -2 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
  • -3 tablespoons of sour cream;
  • -0.5 teaspoon salt, spices (black pepper, basil, rosemary, coriander).

Instructions

Step 1

Prepare the minced meat. Take the meat (you can use either one type of meat, or two, at the discretion of the cook), wash and cut into pieces. Then spin it through a meat grinder. Pour oil into a multicooker, cut the onion into rings and fry it in it using the "fry" mode. Then add minced meat, carrots to the fried onions and continue to fry the mass. Fry for 25 minutes. The cooking time depends on the power characteristics of the multicooker.

Step 2

Finely chop the zucchini, or grate on a coarse grater. Add garlic and zucchini to the prepared mass in the multicooker. Sprinkle with seasoning. Stir and turn off the multicooker.

To prepare the egg filling, break the eggs, add salt and sour cream. Stir the consistency and pour it over the zucchini with minced meat, which are in the multicooker.
