Step 1
Green peas go well with fresh cucumber, boiled eggs. This was noticed by the chefs who came up with a light salad. Cut the cucumbers into cubes, chop the boiled eggs in the same way. Add the canned peas, after draining the liquid from them. Add mayonnaise or sour cream, lightly salt and serve. Those who are on a diet can use low-fat natural yogurt as a dressing and not add yolks, but only proteins. Such a dish will help you get enough and find or maintain harmony.

Try making the Seafood salad. Start cooking it by rinsing the squid, immersing it in boiling water, and boiling it for 5-7 minutes. Dip in cold water, remove the skin, if any. Slice the squid into thin rings. Boil the fillet of red fish, cool, cut into cubes.
