- - potatoes - 2 pcs.,

- - cauliflower - 100 g,
- - white cabbage -1 / 4 head of cabbage,
- - onions - 1 pc.,
- - butter - 1 tbsp. l.,
- - a bunch of parsley,
- - celery root,
- - salt to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Boil the veal, cut into pieces. The water in which the meat is cooked must be salted. Then add to the boiled meat the onion and white cabbage cut into rings, cauliflower inflorescences, carrot slices, chopped celery root, and chopped potatoes.
Step 2
Mix everything. Add some more water if necessary. Try salt. Cook over medium heat until vegetables are soft.
Step 3
Then drain the remaining liquid. Arrange the veal with vegetables on plates and sprinkle with parsley, which must be finely chopped.
