All natural is in vogue today. The world is rapidly switching to the use of electric vehicles, organic fertilizers, natural components of cosmetics and, of course, to environmentally friendly and natural products. However, it is not so easy to determine in the store what lies in front of the buyer - pure products or those grown with the use of chemicals. Therefore, soon eco-vegetables will be marked with a special sign.

In the new parliamentary season, the State Duma of the Russian Federation began to develop a bill that provides for the labeling of goods and vegetables that meet the environmental standards of the European Union. In the Old World, such food labeling has been successfully used for a long time. If the consumer sees a single label, he can be sure that the vegetables were grown using special technologies without the use of various fertilizers and substances to destroy pests.

In addition, in order to truly comply with this quality label, all vegetables marked with a special label must undergo a special inspection. And not selectively, but each copy separately.

Naturally, such a system will significantly increase the cost of goods. Experts say that according to the statistics already available, the cost of eco-products is increasing by 30%. The same increase in prices for natural vegetables grown without the use of harmful substances is expected in Russia as a result of the adoption of the law on labeling vegetables.

In Europe, the mark itself looks like the word "eco", made on special paper. Font, color and all other parameters of both lettering and paper are approved at the state level. Almost the same should appear in Russia.

The bill is supposed to be submitted for discussion and, if possible, adopted by the end of the autumn session. This means that already in 2013 Russian consumers will be able to choose - pay more and get a natural and healthy product or leave everything as it was. This initiative has taken root well in Europe, where manufacturers are law-abiding and consumers are considerate. Russians still doubt that such a measure will help them get really fresh vegetables, which will not contain a single harmful chemical. How successful such an idea will be will be clear if the law is passed.

In addition to consumers, agriculture should also benefit. Since its market share will grow to 10%. Moreover, manufacturers will have an incentive to produce a quality and good product.
