The unusual golden and hearty dish can be served as a hot appetizer or as a main course.
It is necessary
- - 7 eggs;
- - 60 g lentils;
- - 10 g of cheese;
- - 1 clove of garlic;
- - 50 g bread crumbs;
- - flour;
- - vegetable oil;
- - salt, pepper to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Boil 6 eggs, cool, peel, cut into halves, carefully remove the yolk. Boil lentils, cool.
Step 2
Using a blender, combine lentils, garlic, boiled yolks, salt, pepper (instead of garlic, you can also use a small amount of walnuts).
Step 3
Fill the halves of the eggs with the prepared mixture without a slide.
Step 4
Finely grate the cheese into a separate deep plate, add the breadcrumbs.
Step 5
Prepare separate containers with beaten egg (seventh) and flour.
Step 6
Heat vegetable oil in a deep ladle (about 3-4 centimeters from the bottom of the dish).
Step 7
Roll the filled eggs in the following order: flour - beaten egg - bread and cheese mixture. Gently fry in oil on all sides until golden brown. Place the fried eggs on a paper towel.
Step 8
Serve the dish slightly cooled down!
