- - lemon zest (1 tsp - in the dough and 1/2 tsp - in the filling)

- - 200 g of almonds (crushed);
- - 300-350 g of sugar (100 g - in the dough, 100 g - for boning cookies, 130 g - in the filling);
- - 300 ml of milk (150 ml for dough, 150 ml for dipping)
- - yellow dye;
Instructions
Step 1
Grind sugar with butter, yolks, then add vanillin, salt, lemon zest, milk, baking powder and flour. Knead the dough from the ingredients, put in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Step 2
Prepare the filling: mix 2 proteins, 130 g sugar, almonds, vanillin, lemon zest.
Mix all the ingredients well, you should get a thick mass in consistency. If it turns out to be liquid, then you need to add a spoonful of ground crackers, if too thick - a spoonful of milk.
Step 3
Divide the finished dough into several parts. Having rolled out a layer of dough, cut out circles with a diameter of about 7 cm.
On each circle, place half a teaspoon of the filling and shape into a lemon.
Bake the cookies for 20 minutes at 160 ° C.
Step 4
Decorate the chilled cookies: pour 150 ml of milk into a cup, add a few drops of yellow dye and dip the cookies in the milk mixture, and then roll them in sugar.
